JoSH was formed in Punjab, India, in the late 1990s and gained popularity in the early 2000s. The band's music is a blend of rock, pop, and Bhangra folk music, with lyrics in both Punjabi and Hindi. Their debut album, "Josh," was released in 2000 and included the hit songs "Mere Khayalon Mein" and "Maan Ka Radio."
