Sanjana Sanghi is a talented Indian actress and model, best known for her work in Bollywood. Born on September 2, 1996, in New Delhi, she excelled academically and graduated in Journalism and Mass Communication from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.
Sanjana entered the film industry as a child artist in the little yet impactful role in critically acclaimed Rockstar (2011) that had Ranbir Kapoor on screen. She was noticed, and that opened the doors of great future prospects. Soon after, she appeared in some more films like Hindi Medium (2017) and Fukrey Returns (2017) as supporting characters. Her first lead role comes as Dil Bechara (2020), along with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
In Dil Bechara, an adaptation of John Green's novel The Fault in Our Stars, Sanjana portrayed Kizie Basu, a young girl battling cancer, with grace and authenticity. Her performance was widely appreciated for its emotional depth and sensitivity, marking her as one of Bollywood's rising stars.
