Shrinkhala is the brain child of Ms. Tanushri Roy and Mr. Nikhil Lal, exponents of Kathak, Contemporary and Mayurbhanj Chhau dance forms. After having completed their masters from leading Indian institutes of dance and music, they have performed in prestigious festivals all over India and represented India in more than thirty five countries. These include the United Kingdom, Russia, China, Canada, Sri- Lanka, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Brazil, Austria amongst others.

They have three performing units which performs Globaly-

1.Indian Classical-

A vibrant repertoire comprising of various Indian Classical Dance forms including Kathak, Bharatnatyam, Odissi, Kathakali, Mohiniyattam, Kuchipudi, Sattriya, Manipuri and Mayurbhanj Chhau.

2.Indian Folk-

The Shrinkhala dance company is promotes Bhangra, Kalbeliya, Bihu, Lavni, Ghoomar,  Bamboo Dance, Cham, Sambalpuri, Dollu Kunitha etc at international level.

Heritage art-

Remarkably unique heritage art forms from India's interiors! Our productions integrate indigenous traditional dance forms from remote parts of India to create a holistic and rich experience. We nurture forms like Theyyam, Pulikali, Kutiyattam, Cham, Puruliya Chhau, Yakshagana, Kachi Ghodi, Choliya etc and work with indigenous artists for the same. Through this, we hope to revive dying Indian art forms and spread awareness about their beauty.
