We’re looking for a highly motivated and people-centric Associate - Artist Booking to join our growing team. You will be the bridge between clients seeking top-notch talent and artists looking for the perfect gig.

As an Artist Booking Associate, you’ll be responsible for curating artist line-ups, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with corporate clients, wedding planners, and entertainment coordinators to deliver the right talent for every event.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of artists, performers, bands, DJs, emcees, and entertainers.
• Handle inbound and outbound artist booking inquiries across wedding, corporate, college, and public events.
• Conduct virtual meetings and phone calls with clients and artists to understand requirements and pitch suitable options.
• Confidently handle objections, negotiate terms, and close bookings.
• Maintain and update artist databases, availability calendars, and booking documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams like production, logistics, and sales to ensure artist requirements are met.
• Monitor industry trends, upcoming talent, and popular demand to keep the artist pool relevant.
• Support senior managers with artist contracts and on-ground coordination when required.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, artist coordination, client servicing, or related fields.
• Comfortable with making calls, conducting virtual meetings, and handling objections confidently.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Passion for the entertainment and events industry.
• Prior experience in talent management, artist liaison, or event coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and online collaboration platforms.
