As a Digital Marketing Associate at Hire4Event, you’ll be an integral part of our fast-paced and creative marketing team, working to enhance our brand visibility, generate leads, and build engaging digital experiences for our clients. Whether it’s optimizing for search engines, planning event-based campaigns, or curating content that captivates our diverse audience, you’ll play a key role in shaping the online presence of India’s leading event management platform.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital trends, data-driven marketing, and innovative storytelling. You'll work across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to support our B2B and B2C marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and execute digital campaigns tailored for the event management industry.
Optimize website and blog content using on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Run paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.) and create insightful reports using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Manage and grow our social media presence by curating and scheduling creative content.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.
Assist in writing engaging blogs, ad copies, and marketing emails aligned with Hire4Event’s tone.
Coordinate with the design and video teams to produce visual content for digital promotions.
Contribute to lead generation strategies for corporate events, artist bookings, wedding planning, and venue promotions.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
Familiarity with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

Preferred qualifications:

Completion of digital marketing certification courses such as:

Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce (Coursera)
Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
Google Ads Search Certification
Semrush SEO Toolkit Course

Experience in event management, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
Hands-on skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
A knack for storytelling, trend spotting, and understanding audience psychology.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
