General Cancellation Fees:

  • Day of Event: 100% of the total rental invoice
  • Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: 50% of the total rental invoice (exceptions may apply)
  • More Than 48 Hours’ Notice: No Fee (exceptions may apply)


Equipment Failure at Venue:

  • Replacement Cost: We will bear all the costs of the replacement process including shipment of broken item and delivery of new item.
  • No Refund for Equipment Failure: If any technical issues arise or any equipment malfunctions during the program (a trial run will be conducted to ensure the functionality), the organizer or company will not provide any refund for it.


Fabrication and Branding:

  • No cancellations: Once your printing order is confirmed and the printing process starts, you cannot cancel that order. No refunds will be given after the printing process has begun.


Special Order Items:

  • Any Cancellation: 100% of the total rental invoice (no exceptions)


Rain Date Policy (General):

  • Applies to most rentals: Offers a rain date option within 3 months.
  • Rescheduling within 3 months: Charged only for actual costs incurred.
  • No rescheduling: Service charge of 25% of the job total or actual costs plus 25%.
  • No refunds for rain date cancellations.


Rain Date Policy for Stages & Trussing:

  • Additional 25% restocking fee for cancellations within 48 hours.
  • Same day cancellations: Charged only for actual costs incurred if rescheduled within 3 months.
  • No rescheduling: Service charge of 25% of the job total or actual costs plus 25%.
  • No refunds for rain date cancellations.
